What You Can Do as an ABATE of California Member
ABATE is a membership organization. As such our success depends on each and everyone of us. As ABATE members it is our responsibility to attend meetings and support our membership.
Sign up new members! Your 2008 Executive Director Don Blanscet want to double our membership. "Double ABATE in 2008!" says Don. Now is the time of Sporty's Membership Drive. We need you to carry ABATE Membership forms and educate other riders to the strength and advantages of being an ABATE member.
Put Gas In the Tank! ABATE of California is a not-for profit organization and defending your right to ride is an expensive operation. Your membership payment is only a small amount of what it takes to keep the lights on and ABATE members in the State Capital. It is the responsibility of each local to pay into the different ABATE funds. The General, Judicial, PAC, and Lobbyist funds are essential to ABATE's ability to execute your charters.
